Sikich is seeking a Business Operations - Assistant with 1-3 years of related experience. The ideal candidate should have a broad knowledge of Business Administration, Operations, and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather contract information and accurately enter key contract data points into Sikich’s Project Management system (Oracle) to enable accurate client billing and revenue recognition.
- Assist in processing contract updates (i.e. change orders) and resolving client billing issues in conjunction with Billing team.
- Performs administrative updates within the Project Management system, as directed.
- Assist in running reports to audit inputs, validate information.
- Manage issues via a centralized ticketing board.
- Create / Update numerous reports within Excel for analysis.
- Other special projects as needed.
- Reports to Manager, within the Finance organization. Frequent interactions / coordination with business leaders, Finance / Accounting, and Legal functions in the business.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in a Professional Services industry / environment.Strong Microsoft Excel skills, familiar with operating in cloud-based software throughout the day.Organized and highly detail oriented.Strong verbal and written skills.Experience with Oracle ERP or similar cloud-based projects and financial management tool is preferred.Analytical thinker to identify and recommend opportunities for further future improvements to internal processes.Ability to work in a team environment, share responsibilities, and collaborate.
