Job description8+ years of experience in HRIS consulting, implementation, or administration 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday / Greenhouse , including multiple full lifecycle implementations Experience with cloud data warehouse platforms, preferably Snowflake Experience with architecting or working with ELT technologies (such as DBT) and data architectures Workday certifications - including at least one advanced certification Experience leading teams and managing complex HRIS projects Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices Strong client relationship management and executive communication skills Proven problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting expertise

- SQL, Python, Cloud (AWS or other)
