Responsibilities

• Review legal documents and advise on potential risks.
• Explain laws and provide legal advice to clients.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence.
• Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained before executing documents.
• Represent clients in arbitration or mediation hearings.
• Draft and manage legal documents like wills, contracts, and deeds.
• Handle compliance-related tasks.
• Find creative solutions to client problems.
• Represent clients in civil or criminal court proceedings.
• Supervise and manage paralegals and legal assistants.
• Prepare legal documents and make appearances in court etc
