We are hiring fresher lawyers for our esteemed organisation.
Location -Malviya Nagar ( South Delhi )
Responsibilities
- Review legal documents and advise on potential risks.
- Explain laws and provide legal advice to clients.
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence.
- Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained before executing documents.
- Represent clients in arbitration or mediation hearings.
- Draft and manage legal documents like wills, contracts, and deeds.
- Handle compliance-related tasks.
- Find creative solutions to client problems.
- Represent clients in civil or criminal court proceedings.
- Supervise and manage paralegals and legal assistants.
- Prepare legal documents and make appearances in court etc
