Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition – APAC to manage and drive
recruitment strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will possess deep
knowledge of sourcing and hiring trends across APAC markets, demonstrate strong
communication and leadership skills, and have a proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced
environments. This role involves leading a team, collaborating with business stakeholders, and
ensuring that recruitment goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across APAC countries, ensuring alignment with
regional hiring goals and business objectives.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to each local market (e.G., India,Singapore, Australia, Japan, etc.).
Build and manage a high-performing TA team across multiple geographies.Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and HRBPs, understanding hiring needs anddelivering talent solutions accordingly.
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence to inform sourcingstrategies.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular recruitment updates and insights.Represent the TA function in client and leadership meetings, confidently communicatingprogress and strategies.
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring processes.Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain a strong employer brand in theAPAC market.
Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems for better efficiency and reporting.Required Skills and Experience :
Proven experience in the APAC region hiring with strong market knowledge acrossmultiple countries.
Expertise in sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and leveraging multiple recruitmentchannels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;ability to influence and manage
stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing recruiters or regional TA teams.Experience in handling client-facing roles or managing internal stakeholderexpectations.
Solid understanding of compliance, labor laws, and cultural nuances across APAC.Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.G., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
