Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire potential new Sub-brokers / Partners for Mutual Funds (SB & IFA).
- Ensure 90% of Sub-brokers (SB & IFA) remain active every month.
- Reactivate inactive Sub-brokers to drive engagement and transactions.
- Advise Sub-broker clients on investment ideas tailored to risk profile, return expectations, asset allocation, and liquidity needs.
- Deliver on Mutual Fund (SIP & Lump-sum) and Insurance (Life, General & Health Insurance) targets.
- Conduct monthly SB engagement programs to enhance partner relationships.
- Manage 90% of SIP Registered to Triggered ratio.
- Ensure 100% service delivery to assigned partners.
