Self-motivated and able to work independently. ₹500 per successful onboarding (when the admin uses Earnpaste actively for 7+ days). Performance bonuses for high-volume onboarding. Community Outreach Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Community Outreach Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with community admins across various platforms, including Telegram, Discord, and Reddit.
About the Role :
This is a commission-based position that requires strong communication and messaging skills. The successful candidate will be able to effectively promote Earnpaste to community admins and onboard them to the platform.
Responsibilities : < / p
- Identify and engage with community admins on Telegram, Discord, and other platforms.
- Describe the benefits of Earnpaste and its unique features.
- Help onboard interested admins to the platform.
- Monitor admin usage and report leads via a shared tracker.
