Job Description : Associate Director, Production (BFSI)

Location : Mumbai

Role Overview : The Associate Director, Production (BFSI) will lead a dedicated vertical, managing end-to-end production processes and client relationships. Reporting to the Director of Production, this role will oversee a team of 2-3 Creative Producers (project managers) and ensure seamless execution of projects from initial brief to final asset delivery. The ideal candidate will combine a strong production background with excellent client-servicing skills, ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to internal and external processes, and team empowerment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Oversight : Manage and oversee all stages of production projects within the BFSI vertical, from initial client briefs to final delivery of assets, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Client Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the vertical, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 2-3 Creative Producers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.
• Process Compliance : Ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with company standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
• Quality Assurance : Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Budget & Resource Management : Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, or client satisfaction, escalating issues to the Director of Production as needed.
