A leading IT company is hiring an experienced Manual Tester with a strong background in Front Office Operations and Cash Equity domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating complex financial applications, ensuring system accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform manual testing for trading and investment applications within Front Office and Cash Equity domains.
Review and analyze business requirements, functional specs, and design documents.
Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios.
Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other testers to ensure quality delivery.
Participate in UAT support and release validations.
Ensure test coverage and traceability across all phases of testing.

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 5 years of experience in manual testing.

Strong domain knowledge in Front Office Operations and Cash Equity / Equity Trading.

Good understanding of order lifecycle, trade settlements, and capital markets.

Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, QC, ALM).

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-facing environment.

Good to Have :

Exposure to automation tools is a plus.

Knowledge of FIX protocol, Bloomberg, or similar trading platforms.

ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
