We are a custom software development and AI consulting company looking for a dedicated professional to manage our bidding process on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. Your primary responsibility will be to identify high-potential projects, prepare tailored proposals, and submit bids consistently to generate qualified leads.
Responsibilities :
Search for relevant projects in domains like software development, AI / automation, blockchain, e-commerce, cloud, DevOps, frontend / backend development, and staff augmentation.
Write and submit personalized proposals / bids based on provided templates and company capabilities.
Maintain a daily log of bids submitted and responses received.
Coordinate with our team for technical input when needed.
Optimize proposal strategy to improve conversion rate.
Requirements :
Prior experience in bidding or sales on Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr (mandatory).
Excellent written English skills.
Understanding of IT services and software development terminology.
Ability to work independently and deliver a set number of bids per day.
Familiarity with proposal templates and client communication best practices.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :
Background in lead generation or digital sales.
Experience managing multiple client accounts on freelancing platforms.
Work Details :
Engagement : Part-time / Full-time (flexible based on performance)
