Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in AI / ML and Python development to design and enhance Salesforce applications through advanced AI integrations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing intelligent solutions, building RAG pipelines, and deploying scalable ML models using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience in Salesforce development is an added advantage.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of enterprise AI solutions, combining intelligent automation, personalization, and real-time analytics within Salesforce and beyond.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and deploy AI / ML models for automation, predictions, and decision-making in real-time.

Integrate AI / ML capabilities into Salesforce CRM for intelligent data retrieval, recommendations, workflow automation, forecasting, and scoring.

Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance contextual understanding in Salesforce workflows.

(Good to have) Extend Salesforce platform functionality using Apex (Triggers / Classes), LWC, Aura Framework, Visualforce Pages, and Apex APIs / web services.

(Good to have) Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

Enhance Salesforce with AI features leveraging both native (Einstein GPT) and external (Python-based or Azure / AWS ML services) technologies.

Build and maintain robust data pipelines for AI workflows, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and integration of structured / unstructured data.

Optimize AI / ML workloads across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for performance and cost-efficiency.

Manage CI / CD processes using Git for seamless deployment and version control.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver impactful AI-driven features.

Ensure security, scalability, and compliance in handling sensitive customer data.

Monitor model accuracy, performance, and relevance, implementing feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Required Skills :

Strong proficiency in Python and related ML / AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)

Experience in AI model development, deployment, and monitoring in production environments

Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM integration

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Understanding of CI / CD, Git, and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes)

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Good to Have :

Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura, APIs)

Hands-on with Einstein GPT or Salesforce AI toolsKnowledge of API integration and microservices architecture
