Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Operations Lead / Head to oversee end-to-end field operations, manpower deployment, and device uptime across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services, fleet operations, or telematics-based installations, with proven leadership capabilities in managing field teams and service infrastructure.

This position will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence and service quality for our flagship Senz-i safety device —a cutting-edge driver and vehicle monitoring solution deployed across fleets nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Operations Management

• Develop and lead nationwide operational strategy for installation, servicing, inspection, and compliance.
• Plan and optimize resource utilization across zones to support efficient and timely service delivery.
• Establish SOPs and KPIs for process consistency and service quality.
