Position : Workday Studio Integration Lead / Senior Consultant

Experience : 4+ Years

Location : PAN India

Role Summary

We are hiring a Workday Studio Integration Lead (or Senior Consultant ) to design, develop, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations (HCM / Finance) using Workday Studio , EIB , Core Connectors , APIs , and more. You will lead technical integration efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide junior developers to ensure high-quality deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead integration design and implementation for Workday and external systems (ERP, payroll, 3rd-party apps) using Workday Studio , EIB , APIs , and Document Transformation.
Build reusable frameworks and best practices for Workday Studio integrations.
Collaborate with functional teams to define integration requirements and data transformation logic.
Create technical design documents (HLD, LLD, Interface Specs, etc.).
Review design / code, ensuring adherence to standards.
Lead development, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Support SIT , UAT , resolve defects, and oversee post-production issues.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Drive adoption of new Workday features like Workday Extend and Orchestrate .
Contribute to pre-sales activities and client discussions.

Ideal Candidate

4+ years of experience with Workday Studio integrations and HCM / Finance modules.

Strong expertise in integrating external systems using Workday Studio , APIs , EIB , and Core Connectors.

Familiarity with Workday Extend and Orchestrate is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
