Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing) Manager, based in Coimbatore. The VAPT Manager will oversee and execute vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify security flaws, assess system vulnerabilities, and mitigate risks. Responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, preparing detailed technical reports, managing client communications, and ensuring compliance with industry security standards. Collaboration with technical teams to devise proactive security measures will also be a focus of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), risk assessment, and identifying security threats
• Knowledge of cyber security principles, ethical hacking, and hands-on experience with tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nmap
• Ability to write comprehensive technical reports, analyze findings, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Experience in accessing and managing compliance with industry security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Professional certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or CISSP are highly advantageous
• Sound knowledge of network security, web application security, penetration practices
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
