Position : CRM IT Head
Experience : 15 years and above
Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree - Computer Science / IT, preferably
Responsibilities : -
1. Developing and executing the overall CRM technology strategy, aligning it with the company's objectives and ensuring it supports business needs.
2. Overseeing the selection, implementation, and maintenance of the CRM system, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
3. Managing customer data within the CRM system, ensuring data quality, and leveraging analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences
4. Leading and managing a team of CRM IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
5. Collaborating with various departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to understand their CRM needs and ensure the system effectively supports their operations
6. Tracking key CRM metrics, analyzing performance, and reporting on the effectiveness of the CRM system to senior management.
7. Identifying opportunities to improve the CRM system, exploring new technologies, and implementing solutions to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
8. Managing the CRM IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
