Job Summary :
The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the restaurant during their assigned shifts. The key responsibilities include team handling, inventory control, guest management, and ensuring smooth operational performance. This position requires strong leadership, time management skills, and an ability to maintain high standards of service while meeting KPIs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the team to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality guest service.
- Handle and manage daily operations including inventory control, order accuracy, and customer service.
- Manage guest concerns, ensure quick resolution, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, service speed, and quality standards.
- Optimize the team's performance through effective communication and time management.
- Take responsibility for cash handling and safe management during the shift.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a QSR or restaurant environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mentality.Good understanding of inventory control and time management.Flexible and adaptable, able to work under pressure.Desired Qualifications :
