We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual for the International Voices process in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing voice processes for international clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate international voice processes for diverse clients
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process workflows
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Provide training and support to new team members
• Handle client communications and resolve issues promptly
