What You'll Do :
Define and execute the organization's AI research roadmap, identifying emerging opportunities in generative AI, large language models, and autonomous systemsMentor and develop a team of 3–4 data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellencePrioritize research initiatives across generative models, model fine-tuning approaches, and agentic AI architectureGuide the implementation of novel AI architectures, ensuring robust evaluation frameworks and deployment strategiesPartner with product, engineering, and business units to translate research breakthroughs into valuable applications and featuresEstablish processes for internal knowledge sharing, publication in top-tier conferences, and patent applicationsRepresent the organization at industry conferences, academic forums, and strategic partnershipsExpertise You'll Bring
Master’s or BTech in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fieldProven track record leading AI / ML development teams with demonstrated impactDeep expertise in foundation models, generative AI systems, reinforcement learning, and agentic architecture.Experience with large-scale model training, optimization techniques, and efficient fine-tuning approachesStrong publication record in top ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or equivalent industry impactExceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex technical conceptsBenefits :
