Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by converting leads and
upselling product solutions.
Conduct consultative calls with potential and existing customers to understand theirrequirements and recommend suitable plans.
Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, chats, and emails) to assistcustomers with product queries, purchases, and renewals.
Maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and recurring revenue.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to share user feedback and insightsfor continuous improvement.
Keep track of sales metrics, conversion ratios, and pipeline performance using CRMtools.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline salesprocesses.
Requirements :
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success roles(preferably in SaaS, media, or digital platforms).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident in handling customerconversations.
Strong target orientation and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Comfortable with high volumes of customer interaction (calls + chats).Proficiency in tools like Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems is an added advantage.Passion for music, creators, or digital platforms is a plus
