Electrical Design Engineer [15h Left]

Key Responsibilities

 Support design and engineering of utility-scale and C&I solar PV projects,

including site layout, SLDs, and interconnection diagrams.

 Prepare and review electrical BOQs, cable schedules, earthing, lightning

protection, and transformer sizing.

 Perform load flow analysis, short circuit studies, and protection coordination.

 Coordinate with procurement and execution teams for technical reviews and

approvals.

 Assist in finalizing technical specifications for key components such as inverters,

transformers, switchgear, cabling, and substation equipment.

 Prepare project-specific documentation including RFQs, compliance checklists,

and equipment layout drawings.

 Provide design support during site execution, commissioning, and technical

troubleshooting in coordination with the site team.

 Ensure compliance with relevant codes (CEA, IS, IEC), DISCOM / grid

interconnection norms, CEIG requirements, MNRE guidelines, and other industry

standards.

 Support preparation of technical documentation for CEIG approval, SLDC

coordination, and utility interface.

 Participate in technical and commercial evaluations during bidding / tendering

stages.

 Collaborate with SCADA, monitoring, and automation teams for integration of

electrical systems into centralized control platforms.
