Job descriptionEngage with all provided leads through timely calls. Schedule and conduct free 1 : 1 demo sessions for potential clients. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Follow up with leads in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion. Must possess a laptop / desktop and reliable high-speed internet connection. Excellent spoken English and communication skills are essential. Strong organizational and CRM management skills are necessary. A quick-thinking and proactive individual is preferred. Prior experience in pre-sales or outbound calling is advantageous. Comfortable working night shifts (US hours). Mumbai-based candidates are preferred for remote work opportunities.
