Client Engagement Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Swastik Properties, located in Mumbai. The Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, managing client inquiries, providing details about property listings, scheduling property viewings, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals. The role requires effective communication and prompt follow-up with leads to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales-related roles
• Proficiency in handling inquiries, performing follow-ups, and scheduling appointments
• Organizational and time management skills for managing multiple leads and tasks effectively
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and property-related processes is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
