Account Executive (Immediate Start)

Job Title : Jr Executive– Accounting & Taxation

Location : Turbhe Navi Mumbai

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience Required : 1–2 years (preferably in a CA firm)

Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Jr Executive with hands-on experience in accounting and taxation processes, preferably gained through work in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, GST and TDS compliance, and statutory payments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform basic accounting entries including :
• Sales, Purchase, Journal Entries
• Credit Notes & Debit Notes
• Prepare and maintain GST workings, including :
• Monthly GST returns filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• GST payments and reconciliation
• Handle TDS responsibilities :
• Monthly TDS calculations & payments
• Quarterly TDS return filing (Form 26Q, 24Q, etc.)
• Ensure timely payments of statutory dues such as :
• PF (Provident Fund) and PT (Professional Tax)
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with auditors as needed
• Stay updated with applicable accounting and tax compliance changes
