Job description8–12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in an architectural role. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong background in telecom, RAN KPIs, and performance monitoring. Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices. Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Deep expertise in Golang and React.js.) Work on mission-critical, real-time systems impacting the next generation of 5G networks. Exposure to global telecom projects and cutting-edge performance monitoring tools. Collaborative, innovative team environment with opportunities for growth.
Role - Software Architect (Telecom – Golang, RAN and React.js)
Location – Bangalore, India (Hybrid)
About the Role :
We are looking for talented software engineers and architects to join our team working on cutting-edge 5G RAN performance and monitoring solutions. You will be working in an agile team, involved in developing high-performance backend services and intuitive frontend dashboards to monitor, analyze, and optimize RAN performance.
Responsibilities :
- Define and evolve the system architecture for RAN performance monitoring solutions.
- Lead design of scalable, high-performance backend systems in Golang.
- Oversee frontend architecture and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
- Guide technical direction, best practices, and technology choices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business and technical goals.
- Mentor senior and junior developers.
