Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Spotfire Specialist / Administrator to oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Spotfire BI environments. The role involves managing system performance, user access, and data security while enabling business teams to leverage analytics effectively. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a robust and scalable BI infrastructure supporting enterprise-level data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Spotfire Server, including setup, configuration, upgrades, and license management.
• Manage library structures, user / group access, and data source connectivity across environments.
• Integrate Spotfire with data platforms such as SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS, and REST APIs.
• Configure and manage Automation Services, scheduled reports, and data refresh mechanisms.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and security standards within the BI ecosystem.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and IT teams to implement BI enhancements.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation on Spotfire best practices.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimization strategies.
