Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications 2. Manage technical implementation tasks along with peers, to ensure work is delivered on-time and on-budget 3. Consistently demonstrate your knowledge of industry standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Waterfall and Scrum 4. Effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during the project lifecycle 5. Demonstrate technical knowledge by mentoring junior team members on on-going basis 6. Should be able to collaborate with developers located in different locations on daily basis. 7. Identify and develop the reusable component. 8. Follow PEGA PRPC best practices and guidelines 9. Perform regular code and design reviews. 10. Ability to come up with alternate solutions when product challenges are met 11. Manages code build and deployment from development through to production. 12. Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills.

Key Skills / Knowledge :

1. Certified LSA and Experience in Pega Implementation Methodology and Agile development

2. Knowledge of IT standards, methodologies, system development life cycle and project management frameworks

3. Architecting and designing business applications using PEGA PRPC, case management, knowledge management and guides the project teams to develop highly performing and highly integrated PEGA based solutions

4. Deep understanding of Design Patterns and Class Structure concepts

5. CTI Integration

6. Pega agent Desktop

7. Chatbot

8. Good knowledge on PRPC Flows, Activities, Reports and Correspondence

9. PRPC Integrations (Inbound and Outbound Integration via Web Services, Middleware and other interfaces)

10. Knowledge on PEGA Robotics and Infinity will be an added advantage

11. Good Communication skills

12. Knowledge on Postgre DB

13. Good Knowledge on Pega UI kit, Theme cosmos and React for UI development.

Hands on Experience in Designing and Implementing Enterprise Class Rules and Complex Workflows

15. Experience in various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors and SOAP Services etc.

16. Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality. Responsible for quality code, UI and following corporate standards, including review alert logs and PAL.
