What can you expect?

We are looking to hire Workday Consultant in Digital Solutions, Career; India COE and expect the candidate to :

• Plan and prioritize work for self, assist lead by providing inputs on in all the phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status / impediments with the greater project team.
• Lead / Manage – Small implementation projects / Launch implementations, manage workload for the team, assist team in all the phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status / impediments with the greater project team.
• Develop complex configuration for clients and Leads, manage data transformation and perform EIB Data loads.
• Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
• Lead and Involve in Data conversion Activities pertaining to Absence / Time Tracking / Benefits / HCM / Compensation / Recruiting / Talent and Performance / Payroll
• Coordinate with the Leads for project delivery
• Coordinate with the EM / PM and Client for project delivery
• Multi-task and engage on multiple projects at a time for lead activities.
• End to end ownership of assigned projects
• Provide leadership and key stakeholders with the information and venues to make effective, timely decisions.
