Job description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns that increase engagement, drive downloads, and contribute to the company's growth. This role demands strategic thinking, creativity, and a data-driven approach to reaching and expanding our target audience.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy Development : Craft and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO / SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Content Creation : Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and video scripts.

Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.

Performance Metrics : Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), making adjustments as necessary.

User Acquisition : Develop strategies to drive app downloads and user engagement, utilizing A / B testing, landing page optimization, and other techniques.

Budget Management : Plan and control the digital marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech or finance-related B2C environment.

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

Experience with SEO / SEM, email marketing, social media, and / or display advertising campaigns.

Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

Creative thinker with a results-driven approach and attention to detail.
