• Application development :  Create and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules like Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Technical implementation :  Configure the platform to align with business requirements, including modifying forms, workflows, and business rules.
• Coding and scripting :  Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using languages like JavaScript and the Glide API to extend ServiceNow's functionality.
• Integration :  Develop technical solutions for integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
• Data management :  Manage data within ServiceNow by configuring tables, fields, and relationships.
• Testing and debugging :  Create test cases, perform component and integration testing, and debug and fix technical problems.
• Documentation :  Produce and maintain system documentation, including design specifications and technical notes.
• Collaboration :  Work with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.
• System administration :  Handle administrative tasks like managing groups and system security settings.
