Role Overview

The Tech Intern will assist the team in managing platforms, improving technical operations, supporting automation, and contributing to product or website updates. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems and is eager to build real-world technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support website updates, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
Assist in managing internal tech tools, LMS platforms, dashboards, or CRM
Help with automation tasks such as workflows, forms, or email sequences
Coordinate with the content and design team for technical integration
Test new features and report bugs or improvement needs
Manage data cleanup and basic analytics tasks
Provide technical support to internal teams during launches or events

Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, or WordPress is helpful)

Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, CRM platforms, or LMS systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Interest in EdTech and digital product workflows

Ability to learn new tools quickly

Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation in a tech-related field
