Responsibilities :
- Collate, analyze and report training data and maintain training records with clarity and accuracy for
- Mandatory Trainings (New Joiners and Refreshers)
- Regular Training MIS
- Any other L&OD initiatives as per requirement
- Ownership of data generation and maintenance with accuracy for Audits
- Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports on Training (invitation, participation, completion rates, and other key metrics)
- Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate L&OD performance to stakeholders
- Support in maintaining Learning Management System and generating data reports from the system
- Support in troubleshooting technical issues related to LMS
- Support the overall L&OD function by providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, Management, HR or related fieldStrong attention to detail, command on numerical data, and analytical and problem solving skillsProficiency in MS Excel (plus any other data analysis tools will be an added advantage)Good communication skillsUnderstanding of data security and privacy protocolsProven experience in data management, reporting and analysis preferredSkills Required
