We're looking for a Senior Workday Developer (Reporting and Prism) to join our growing team!

Experience : 4-8 years

Location : Chennai

Notice Period : 30 Days

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain Workday Reporting and Prism solutions aligned with business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements
Design and implement integrations ensuring seamless data flow and compliance
Conduct system audits, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations
Provide end-user support, training, and maintain clear documentation
Contribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and performance improvements
Stay up to date with the latest Workday capabilities and industry trends

What We’re Looking For :

4–6 years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting & Prism

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and integration design skills

Experience conducting audits and ensuring data integrity

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement

Capable of independently managing deliverables and project timelines
