Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Co-Founder to lead our fundraising strategy and secure the resources necessary to drive our mission. This is a non-salaried role initially ; salary and expenses will be provided once funds are successfully raised. The ideal candidate is a proven fundraiser with deep connections in the non-profit sector and a strong passion for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including donor engagement, corporate sponsorships, grant applications, and CSR partnerships.

Leverage your network to build relationships with high-value donors, institutions, and impact investors.

Develop compelling proposals, campaigns, and events to attract funding.

Represent CarbonLite Foundation at conferences, networking events, and industry forums.

Collaborate with the team to ensure funds are strategically allocated to high-impact projects.

Requirements :

Proven track record in fundraising for non-profit organisations.

Strong understanding of carbon footprint reduction, sustainability, and environmental issues.

Exceptional networking, communication, and negotiation skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup-like environment.

Self-motivated and driven by measurable impact.
