Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate based in Panipat. The Associate will be responsible for day-to-day management of digital creators / influencers, leading their campaign executions, coordinating content creation, and liaising with brands and advertisers. The Associate will also be responsible for social media growth, growing PR of creators, other backend tasks and providing updates and reporting to senior management, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and working closely with the marketing team to strategize and execute promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the tech industry or with digital creators is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Panipat
