Requirements
- Good Communication Skill
- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, review resumes, and conduct initial screenings.
- Source candidates through networking cold calling
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adjusting strategies as per the recruitment needs
- Possess a good understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Be open to learning and taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and organizational goals.

- Conduct pre-screening interviews.
- Facilitate interview scheduling and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Work with line managers to develop and implement staffing strategies and programs (where appropriate).
