About the Role :
Weโre seeking a National Sales Head to drive key account sales and strategic growth for a leading retail and lifestyle brand. This is a high-impact leadership role managing major retail and e-commerce partners across India.
Key Responsibilities :
๐ Lead PAN-India key account operations with major retailers and online platforms (e.g., Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Reliance, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
๐ Develop and execute national sales strategy, annual business targets, and growth plans
๐ Drive top-line revenue and profitability (P&L ownership)
๐ Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations to finalize seasonal product ranges and business plans
๐ฃ Strengthen brand visibility through innovative sales and marketing initiatives
๐ค Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
๐ฅ Lead, mentor, and monitor regional sales teams to achieve performance goals
๐ฆ Oversee category performance across footwear, apparel, and accessories
Requirements :
โ Graduate (mandatory) with MBA in Sales / Marketing / Retail preferred
โ Minimum 12 years of experience in retail or fashion / lifestyle industry
โ Proven track record in key account management, business development, and national sales leadership
โ Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
โ Proficiency in MS Office and sales planning tools
Preferred :
โญ Experience handling both modern trade and e-commerce accounts
โญ Exposure to brand building and category expansion initiatives
