to drive our brand, growth, and category leadership.

What You’ll Do :

Shape the Narrative : Create thought-leadership content that redefines AI in behavioral health.

Lead Growth : Build a scalable inbound strategy to attract clinicians, payers, and industry partners.

Research & Simplify : Turn complex clinical and tech topics into clear, impactful content.

Drive Distribution : Experiment with partnerships, influencers, and communities to extend our reach.

Collaborate with Founders : Work directly with the founding team to refine our growth strategy and playbook.

What We’re Looking For :

3+ years

in growth marketing, content strategy, or research-heavy writing (preferably in healthcare, AI, or SaaS).

Proven experience creating growth strategies that blend content, distribution, and experimentation.

Strong understanding of the

US healthcare

market and ability to simplify complex topics.

Data-driven : Comfortable setting goals, tracking progress, and optimizing for results.

Bonus : Experience in

mental health

or

AI .
