Founding Product Designer - Stealth-stage startup (Mobile • Founding equity + monthly comp)

Job descriptionExceptional freshers who “dream in UX and marketing” - you obsess over details, ship case studies, and love pixel perfect designs. Experienced product designers who want high-impact freelance or founding-level work. Defining the brand direction, logo system, iconography and visual language. End-to-end mobile product design : user flows, interaction patterns, hi-fi screens, micro-interactions, prototypes. Designing and iterating on product features with engineers - from conception through handoff. Building a design system and documentation for scale. Leading user-focused experiments and translating feedback into improvements. A portfolio that shows mobile product thinking, polished UI, and clear problem → solution storytelling. Strong skills in Figma, prototyping, and responsive / mobile patterns. Empathy for users, strong visual instincts, and care for every pixel. Experience with motion / micro-interaction, brand identity, or consumer fintech / health products. Familiarity with design systems and developer handoffs. Founding-level creative ownership - shape the product, the brand and the roadmap. Competitive monthly compensation + equity for exceptional candidates.
