About the Role
As a Lead Platform Architect (titled as Test Architect), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape for risk intelligence systems at Swiss Re. You will bring hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud solutions. This role spans from deep technical involvement to architectural strategy, team mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Expertise :Leverage strong proficiency in a complex, multi-technology stack to address technical challenges and guide engineering teams. Required expertise includes :Programming / Frameworks : C#, .NET Core, Python, AngularJSIDEs / Tools : Visual Studio, IntelliJ, Postman, Azure Data Studio, PowerBI Desktop, GitHub DesktopDatabases : SQL Server, ClickHouseDBTesting : Selenium WebDriver (Java), Apache JMeterCloud & DevOps : Azure Storage Explorer, Blob Storage, Docker Desktop, Lens, kubectl, HelmOthers : WinMergeCloud Architecture :Design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based architectures aligned with risk intelligence business needs.Collaboration :Work closely with Enterprise Architecture, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust, cloud-based solutions.Security Compliance :Implement and maintain robust cloud security measures in alignment with industry standards and best practices.Technical Leadership :Mentor and guide engineers, foster a culture of continuous learning, and contribute to architectural knowledge sharing across the team.Resource Management :Ensure efficient use of cloud resources for cost-effective and high-performing infrastructure.Stay Ahead :Monitor technological trends and integrate innovative tools and techniques to maintain Swiss Re's competitive edge.Skills Required
