Job description

Duties and Key Responsibilities-

Assistance with Recruitment
Assistance with Training Management
Assistance with launching HR Policies
Onboarding and Induction for new joinees
Employee Engagement

Experience, Qualifications & Skills -

Fresher / Student from any Graduation Degree with a preference for

BBA / MBA

Should be willing to work for 5-6 hours in a day, Monday to Saturday.

Fluent in English

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work.

Good at documentation and reporting skills.

Good computer skills – MS Office and Working on CRM tools.

Proactive and self-motivated.

Humility, honesty, transparency, integrity and the ability to maintain

confidentiality.

This is an unpaid internship.
