• Resources to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficiency. Key responsibilities include forecasting demand, building schedules, managing time-off requests, and monitoring productivity. WFM professionals also analyze data, implement WFM policies, and provide training to ensure compliance and optimize resource utilization
