Are you an experienced Tech Lead looking to be part of a global innovator in People Science and Technology

The primary focus of this role as Tech Lead is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of a project (module of a larger application). Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods. Contribute to and lead the development and delivery of customer-facing UI and back-end services.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop modular, testable, and reusable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust web applications.
• Apply object-oriented concepts and microservice architecture effectively.
• Build scalable, secure, and elastic microservices.
• Implement token-based authentication and automated testing.
• Write, debug, and maintain complex programs with proper documentation.
• Ensure security, data protection, and CI / CD setup for continuous deployment.
