Customer Relationship Manager (Key Accounts Manager) – BPO / Education Consulting
Location : Chembur, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Working Hours : Monday to Saturday, 2 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM
Experience : Minimum 2 years in a BPO or sales environment
Compensation : Up to ₹4,50,000 per annum + attractive commissions and performance bonuses
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (Key Accounts Manager) to join our growing education consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client handling within a BPO or sales role , excellent communication skills, and an interest in sales and relationship management.
You will play a key role in guiding British and European students (aged 25–55) who aspire to pursue university education, ensuring a smooth and successful admission journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with British and European students who have been counselled and are ready to enrol in universities.
- Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management to maximize student conversions and referrals .
- Review student profiles and coordinate with the admin team to process university applications based on eligibility and course requirements.
- Verify and approve application kits before submission to universities.
- Guide students through interviews and assessments , ensuring they are well-prepared.
- Schedule and manage interview appointments with universities .
- Maintain effective communication with university representatives and internal teams.
- Coordinate with the admin team for finance applications once students receive university offers.
- Ensure both finance and admission approvals are successfully obtained.
- Collect and manage processing fees from students as part of the enrollment process.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a BPO environment or a sales role , preferably in a client relationship, customer success, or account management role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.Strong sales orientation and the ability to persuade and influence.Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple student profiles.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling international clients.What We Offer
