Experience in Agentic AI / Web application development, or mobile app development, software implementation, ERP implementation or Enterprise projects preferably in waterfall methodology.

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver cutting-edge Agentic AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams to build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and task execution across enterprise environments . This role requires a blend of t echnical expertise, strategic thinking, and agile project management.

Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI projects, from ideation to deployment. Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders. Define project scope, objectives, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business goals. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance, and compliance with regulatory standards. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile environments. Oversee integration of AI agents with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, cloud platforms). Track performance of deployed agents and drive continuous improvement. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on project status and outcomes.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA etc. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Experience in risk management and change management. Experience with stakeholder management and client relations. Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.
