Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM consultant to design, configure, test and support seamless HR operations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure and implement modules such as Recruitment, Learning, Talent Management and Payroll.
• Perform end-to-end testing and provide functional support.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consulting.
• Hands-on experience in at least two or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of configurations and best practices.
