Job Title : Finance Controller.

Location : Bhopal.

Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM.

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Controller to manage the overall financial health of the organization.

The role involves overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the finance & accounts team.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting, billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure statutory compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and other financial regulations.
• Develop internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Manage audits, financial risk assessments, and ensure timely closure of statutory filings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS & financial reports for management.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and stakeholders for financial matters.
• Support management in decision-making with data-driven financial Qualification : CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Proven experience of 7+ years in finance & accounts, with at least 23 years in a leadership / controlling role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books, ERP, Excel, and other financial software / tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
