Oracle Fusion Trainer – Finance & Procurement – Remote (India)

We are seeking experienced Oracle Fusion Trainers to support a major enterprise rollout across Finance and Procurement workstreams. This role is hands-on, delivery-focused, and requires strong functional understanding of core business processes within Oracle Fusion.

You will take ownership of delivering remote end-user training, configuring the training environment, and ensuring a smooth adoption experience across stakeholder groups.

Skills & Experience :

Strong expertise across Oracle Fusion Finance & Procurement modules

Hands-on exposure to General Ledger, AR, AP, Cash Management, Capital Projects, Purchasing, Suppliers

Experience preparing and configuring training environments (user setup, training data, scenarios)

Confident in delivering remote training via Teams or similar platforms

Prior involvement in Oracle Fusion implementation / rollout programmes

Ability to translate complex system processes into clear user guidance

Skilled in documentation and training material updates

Strong stakeholder communication skills across finance & procurement teams
