Ayurveda Clinic and Panchakarma Therapy Center

Role Overview

Lead the clinical, performance of a Ayurveda & Panchakarma Therapy and wellness center ensuring evidence-based treatment, guest / patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance.

Dehradun / Rishikesh

Key Responsibilities

1 .Clinical & Consultations

  • Conduct comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations (Nadi Pariksha, Prakriti / Vikriti assessment, modern vitals & labs).
  • Diagnose and prescribe personalised Panchakarma protocols, internal medicines, rasāyana plans, diet, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Provide ongoing clinical reviews for in-house and telemedicine patients;

2. Panchakarma Protocols & Supervision

  • Design annual treatment menus (rejuvenation, disease-specific packages).
  • Train and directly supervise Panchakarma therapists to ensure correct dravyas, temperatures, timings, and patient safety.
  • Audit therapy rooms daily for hygiene, inventory, and SOP adherence.
  • Maintain meticulous patient records, pharmacy logs, and progress reports;
  • generate monthly clinical KPI dashboards.

  • Recruit, coach, and appraise a multidisciplinary team : junior doctors, therapists, nurses, dietitians, yoga instructors.
  • Foster a culture of empathy, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • stay abreast of the latest peer-reviewed research in Ayurveda and integrative medicine;
  • translate findings intopractice.

  • Help with public-facing workshops, webinars, and health camps to build brand authority.
  • Essential Qualifications

  • BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) from a recognised university.
  • Post-graduate degree (MD / MS Ayurveda)—in Panchakarma, Kayachikitsa, or Rasayana / Preventive & Social Medicine will be preferred
  • Experience

  • 3 – 20 years total clinical practice ( If you have lesser experience or no experience but very good knowledge you can apply as well for the role of Ayurvedic physician )
  • MD Panchakarma or MD Kayachiktsa with lesser experience will also be preferred.

    Demonstrated track-record of designing and executing Panchakarma & Rasayana program

    Ability to handle heart blockages and eye / heart ailments specially along with Diabetes and Liver issues.

    Core Technical Skills

  • Advanced Panchakarma protocol planning (vamana, virechana, basti, nasya, raktamokshana, shirodhara, etc.).
  • Nadi pariksha, prakriti / vikriti analysis, dietetics & dravya-guna application.
  • Ability to interpret modern diagnostics (CBC, LFT, USG, X-ray, MRI) and integrate findings with Ayurvedic

    Leadership & Business Competencies

  • People-leadership : recruiting, mentoring, and appraising doctors, therapists, nurses, yoga teachers, dietitians.
  • Soft Skills & Attributes

  • Empathy and manners suited to detox and chronic-care guests.
  • Fluent English and Hindi
  • Strong written skills for case reports, research papers, and workshop content.
  • High personal integrity, satvic lifestyle orientation, and willingness to live full-time in Dehradun / Rishikesh style environment.
