About the Role
As an ARIS Process Modeller , your role will be to ensure that our Group business processes are designed and modelled according to KPMG standards, in order to drive operational excellence and ongoing transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business units to model processes using ARIS Business Process Modelling tools, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and programme goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance detailed process models using ARIS modelling tools aligned to the New Horizon programme requirements.
- Analyze and validate business requirements to create accurate, actionable process models that reflect organisational workflows and hand-offs.
- Support business transformation efforts by designing future-state process models and identifying opportunities for efficiency, risk mitigation, and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to ensure process models meet the needs of multiple viewpoints and business scenarios.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather process information, clarify ambiguities, and encourage stakeholder buy-in for process changes.
- Assist in managing and governing process documentation, maintaining version control, and ensuring models conform to ARIS modelling principles and company standards.
- Generate process artefacts and reports for communication, training, and governance purposes, adapting detail levels to suit various audiences.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and non-value-adding activities via modelling insights.
- Support the development of training materials and knowledge transfer sessions related to ARIS process modelling.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven hands-on experience with ARIS Business Process Modelling toolStrong understanding of business process management principles and methodologies, including process capture, analysis, and optimisation.Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and structured process models (BPMN) using ARIS.Ability to adapt existing process diagrams into an agreed standard and levels according to governance requirements.Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to elicit process details and align processes with business goals.Strong communication and facilitation skills to conduct workshops and present process modelling findings effectively.Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes or projects, ideally within regulated or complex organisational environments.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience modelling other operating model viewpoints other than process (eg organisational, stakeholder maps, data flow) that link into wider enterprise architecture would is desirable but not essentialAbility to handle multiple priorities and work independently under programme timelines.Desirable Qualifications
