Profile Summary : We are seeking an AI Tech Lead with strong technical skills and a passion for building practical,impactful AI solutions. This role is ideal for professionals looking to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects in a flexible capacity. You will collaborate with senior AI architects and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI / ML models and tools that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement AI / ML models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
Assist in building AI-enabled services, pipelines, and APIs for integration with enterprise systems.
Support data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation tasks.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on model performance.
Document code, workflows, and AI solution designs for maintainability and reproducibility.
Contribute to proof-of-concept projects and help transition models into production using MLOps tools.
Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and techniques.

Required Qualifications :

Graduates from premier institutions such as IITs, BITS Pilani, ISI Kolkata, or DA-IICT are strongly

preferred.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in machine learning or applied AI development.

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with core libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, etc.

Hands-on experience with at least one deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Knowledge of NLP techniques, time series modeling, or computer vision is a plus.

Comfortable working with version control systems like Git and cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS,GCP, or Azure).
